Step 1: Registration at Elimishaonline.com
To purchase products, we require a little more information about you. You will be obliged to fill in your contact numbers, a delivery address and other key information in order to complete the registration process. To complete the registration process to facilitate the opening of your private account, simply agree to Elimishaonline.coms terms and conditions by ticking the box and click on "Save".
Step 2: Browse site
Once youve registered your profile and signed in, start browsing Elimishaonline.com, use the navigation bars (top and left toolbars) or simply search the product youd like to buy. With hundreds of books to select from, youll be sure to satisfy your reading appetite as well as spoil your family and friends with book gifts.
Step 3: Add to basket
Found the books and CD audios that you want to buy? Click on Add to basket. Once youre certain of the books, add them to your basket. Step 4: Check out
- To enter the checkout, click on the "To checkout" button. You are now almost complete with the shopping process. Now that youve chosen all your preferences, be sure to check the items in your basket to make sure that they are consistent with your choice. You can change the quantity on any item, remove an item or move an item to your wishlist. When youre happy with your product selection, select a delivery address for your parcel. If youd like to add a new address, click on the "Add new address" button and you will be redirected to your address book page to fill in the details. Once youve completed adding your new address, click on apply and you will be redirected back to your basket. On your basket page, you may now select the new address from the drop down to include the delivery address of your parcel.
- Order summary & Payment A complete order summary will display with all details of your order. Please ensure that all information, including your delivery details are correct. At this stage you may include a personalized message if one of your parcels is a gift delivery. For more information, click here. Choose one of the payment options which are Mpesa, ZAP, Cash & Cheque.
Read the terms and conditions on payments. An order confirmation email will be sent to you.

Step 5: Order confirmation
Congratulations, youve successfully completed shopping online. Your order number will display on the information screen and you will receive an order confirmation shortly via the email address that is associated with your Elimishaonline.com profile. Forgotten your password?
Click here and enter the email address associated with your profile under the "Forgot your password" section. Click on the continue button and the password will be emailed to you shortly. If you would like to review or change your password that is associated with your Elimishaonline.com profile, you will have to sign in using the email address and password associated with your current profile. - VAT: All prices quoted on Elimishaonline.com are inclusive of VAT.
- VAT is not charged if goods bought by non-Kenyan residents are delivered to an East African address.

Once you have clicked through on an order, you will see all your parcels as well as all the information pertaining to each one, e.g. item, quantity and total. If parcels have already been dispatched, you can confirm the status.

DELIVERY & DESPATCH: How can I specify a different delivery address which is different to the invoice address of my order?

PAYMENT: How do I pay for my order? Do you accept online payments?
Payment is made on delivery. Accepted payments methods include cash, M-pesa and ZAP. Cheques will be accepted on prior arrangement. At the moment, Elimishaonline.com does not accept online payments. However, online payment will be introduced in due course.
DELIVERY CHARGES: Do you charge for deliveries?
- Delivery within the Nairobi CBD, and environs within two kilometers from the city centre are free.
- Deliveries outside Nairobi attract a small fee. Please view "delivery options" for more details.
WEEKEND DELIVERIES: Do you deliver over weekends?
- Deliveries are made up to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. Any orders that are made after this time will be delivered the following Monday.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays unless previously agreed with the Elimishanoline.com team.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Can I make book request if I am unable to find my choice on Elimishaonline.com?

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: How do I cancel an order?
Orders that have not yet been entered in our dispatch process can be cancelled by send an email with details of your orders to cancellations@elimishaonline.com.
